Features
-
Public signing tokens
Send a doc; recipient signs from the email link. No account required, no SaaS sign-up wall.
-
OCSP-checked certificates
Every signature verifies the certificate against the issuing CA in real time. Revoked certs are caught at sign time, not at audit time.
-
Identity-bound when needed
Pair with Secure to require Aadhaar, liveness, or a voice statement before the recipient can sign. Recruiter offers, vendor agreements, NDAs.
-
Public verifier
Anyone can paste an envelope ID into vumyo.com/sign/verify and confirm signer identity, document integrity, and certificate validity. Trust without a portal.
-
Audit log per envelope
Every action — sent, opened, signed, declined — captured with IP, timestamp, and verification artifacts. Export-ready for compliance.
How it works
- 1 Recruiter prepares an envelope (offer letter, NDA, MSA).
- 2 Recipient receives a signed token URL — no signup.
- 3 Optional: Secure verification gates the sign action.
- 4 Signature applied; certificate OCSP-checked.
- 5 Both parties get an audit trail; anyone can verify the envelope publicly.

Frequently asked
- Can the signer be anonymous?
- No. Even in token-based signing, the envelope binds to the recipient's email at minimum. Pair with Secure for identity-bound signing.
- Does Sign integrate with my e-signature provider?
- Sign is a complete e-signature stack — you don't bolt it onto DocuSign. It composes with Secure for identity and Seek for offer flows on the same record.
- How do I verify a signed document?
- Anyone can paste an envelope ID at vumyo.com/sign/verify. The verifier confirms signer identity, document integrity, and certificate validity in seconds.
- What happens if a certificate is revoked?
- Sign performs OCSP checks at sign time. A revoked certificate is rejected before the signature is recorded.
- Can I require ID verification on a specific envelope?
- Yes. Per-envelope identity gates can require Aadhaar, liveness, voice statement, or government-ID checks via the Secure module.
