Material inquiries

Strategic introductions, secondary opportunities, and prior-investor questions go to investors@localhost. Please include in the subject line whether the inquiry is time-sensitive.

What we share

With prior investors and material counterparties under appropriate NDA: the quarterly metrics letter (revenue, retention, cohort behavior, security posture). With the public: the customers page, the security posture, the subprocessor list, and our policies — that's the documentation surface.

What we don't share

Customer names without permission, individual revenue-by-customer breakdowns, pre-announcement product roadmap, or any data that would put a customer at a competitive disadvantage if disclosed.
